QRFront Refund Policy

Effective: 16 August 2026 The Korean text is the authoritative version. If this translation differs, the Korean version prevails.

This Refund and Cancellation Policy restates Clause 11 of the Terms of Service.

Withdrawal and refunds

1. These Terms do not waive withdrawal or refund rights required by the e-commerce act and other law.
2. No refund is given for a subscription or token pack if any of the following has occurred. This limit is stated on the checkout screen and in these Terms.

- Even one AI token has been deducted (used) - A guest has used the portal even once (including creating a QR session, one request, or one chat message)

1. If none of Clause 11.2 applies and unused digital content is confirmed, a refund may be processed under law and Paddle procedures. After a completed refund, the Company recovers that subscription entitlement and unused paid tokens.
2. Where digital content has already been supplied or used (tokens granted and used, subscription period consumed), withdrawal may be limited as the law allows.
3. Unused prepaid amounts, double charges, and system-error charges are handled after verification under law and internal policy.
4. Even without a self-serve refund button, members may request a refund via Clause 20. Operators may record a payment as refunded. Clause 11.2 still applies: no refund after even one use.
5. If use is limited for a member’s breach or abuse, unused term or tokens need not be refunded except where law requires it.
6. A checkout canceled before completion (transaction.canceled) is not charged. If any granted token has already been used, that payment is not canceled or refunded.
