Billing FAQ — room-count subscription & AI credits

Annual QRFront Service pricing by room band, AI translation credit packages, free credits, Paddle billing, and subscription status.

Billing FAQ

Pricing Structure

  • QRFront Service is billed annually based on the hotel's room-count band (USD).
  • Published bands are defined in the product price table (for example, a 9-room hotel falls in the 4–10 room band → $12/year, which is about $1/month equivalent).
  • Monthly figures on marketing pages are equivalents for comparison only — checkout is annual prepaid.
  • Use the public pricing calculator at /pricing for your room count. Do not mix AI credit estimates into the subscription total.

AI Translation Credits

  • AI translation credits are separate from the annual QRFront Service subscription.
  • Default pack: $20 = 10M AI credits (platform settings may publish the live pack price).
  • New accounts receive a complimentary credit grant upon signup (default 5M credits).
  • Same-language chat uses 0 credits. Only successful AI translations deduct usage.
  • Additional credits can be purchased through the admin dashboard when needed.

Free Credit Pool

  • The platform may provide a free shared credit pool for hotels.
  • When the free pool is exhausted, paid credits from your hotel wallet are used.

Payment Processor

  • All payments are processed by Paddle.
  • QRFront does NOT store or directly handle card information.
  • Card details are entered on Paddle's secure checkout page.

Subscription Status

  • Check subscription status in the admin dashboard under Billing.
  • Active subscriptions allow full use of QRFront Service features.
  • If the subscription is past due or canceled, operational features may be restricted.

Checking Payment Status

  • Use the admin dashboard billing page for plan and payment status.
  • For disputes not resolved in the dashboard, contact platform support.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds follow the published refund policy and Terms of Service.
  • AI customer support cannot approve or deny refunds — human review is required.
